Manning is definitely done after this season regardless.

I would like to believe him, but remember that guy...Brett Favre?

"Probably"

Brett Favre still had a little pep in his step. You can tell and I think Manning can as well that he is falling off physically very quickly. His defense is the only reason he is in the position he is in.

Peyton throws two scores in the first half and then gets injured. Cam and the Panthers storm back to take the lead before halftime.

Brock Osweiler comes in to throw two more tds to overtake the Panthers whilst the Denver D stifles the Panthers O in the 2nd half. Broncos win. Peyton gets his sendoff, and the Broncs get their QB of the future.

That would be nice, but in all actuality I feel like Carolina is going to crush them and this is going to be a bit of a unfortunate end to Peyton's career.

This feels like it is going to be like the Broncos vs Seahawks again...

Speaking of Peyton, turns out he sent two goons dressed in black overcoats to Charlie Sly's house the day before Sly "recanted" the HGH allegations. One of them falsely claimed he was a cop to Sly's family. Linked below is the 911 call as well as more context to the story. What you won't see below are any links to ESPN, because their sugar Daddy NFL has told them to sweep this story as far under the rug as possible.

ESPN actually has reported on it now, but completely left out the false law enforcement part, the 911 call, and framed it as normal legal prep for a lawsuit (lol).

LOL, yeahhhhhh, which is why there is a 911 call from the family the night they showed up. Btw, that report came from Sly, who has all the incentive in the world to play along that there is nothing to see here. He also, strangely enough, admitted that he consulted MANNING'S ATTORNEYS before making any statements on the matter.

PI don't even show up to people's houses in their normal way of business, they dig for dirt online or via other means, why would you show up and talk to a guy you are investigating? It makes no sense. It just so happened that they showed up to this guy's house, the family calls 911 because the PI are falsely identifying themselves as law enforcement, and the VERY NEXT DAY Sly makes a video recanting during which it appears as though he's going to shit his pants at any moment. What a coincidence!

Then there's the completely laughable assertion from Sly's attorney that Taylor Teagarden was also lying about picking up HGH from Sly-which, again, is ON VIDEO--because he was trying to help Sly build up a business or some such BS. As if a pro athlete is going to knowingly lie and tell someone that he is taking HGH to help a brother out. Oook.

This is 90% of the football-watching American public, though. Read the headlines and don't take a few seconds to bother to actually even try to think things through. If this was any other athlete in the world, people would have labeled him an HGH cheat months ago. When it comes to "Gee, golly shucks" Peyton, though, who now has this on his record in addition to a settlement over sexual assault in college in which he purportedly teabagged a female trainer, America is happy to go out of its way to turn a blind eye. I'm going to laugh when Teagarden gets suspended 50 or 80 games by MLB and people malign him for being a cheater.

I don't even actively dislike Peyton, though I do think he puts an extraordinary amount of time and effort into his public image, which borders on phony at times. Still, he's been awesome for the game and a pleasure to watch the past nearly two decades. What gets me more is the disparity with how he is portrayed.

Alright. My prediction time. I'm not to nervous either way because either way, I still have predicted more postseason wins than quest, even if he gets this game right and me wrong. SCRUB!

Denver 27-Carolina 24 in overtime. The first overtime in super bowl history. That would be fun to see wouldn't it?

I just think Denver's defense is too good. A couple of key turnovers will keep Denver in the game late. And then in over time, Von Miller will sack can Newton on 3rd down, leaving Manning to march his team into field goal range.

I've need a broncos fan since 1984.

the El got 2 wins on his way out.

sadly, I think the Sherrif is going to get waxing by the Panthers 27- 10,

although Debver will be up 10-3 at half.

I'll go with 24-17 Carolina. I'd love to see Denver pull off the upset but I'll be very surprised if it happens that way.

I'll go with 27-21 Denver. I wouldn't be shocked to see Carolina win, but I think it will be a close game either way.

Apparently, Peyton Manning let his team know that he is going to retire after tonight's game, without actually telling them. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2016/02/07/peyton-becam...

Want Denver to win, but I see no way they beat Carolina. Hopefully Peyton plays well and enjoys his last NFL game.

Good start, strip the ball and TD. Newton looks a bit nervous.

Miller and Ware really carried the team the last 2 games. Ridiculous performances for those guys.

Miller is gonna get franchised and will hold out anyway. Denver has no choice but to pay him, too.

I was real happy to see Demarcus Ware win a SB. Now this Peyton decision get's interesting. Elway was basically told he needed to retire by the Broncos after his 2nd Super Bowl. What will he do if Manning wants to play another year?

As long as most of the key personell of the defense is there, the Broncos are going to be dangerous next year, as well. I'm super happy for D-Ware as a Cowboys fan.

Peyton's finally going down for this 20-year old sexual assault and subsequent ruining of the poor woman's life, which he and Archie orchestrated for no good reason. This has been out there for years and years, I read about it a decade ago, but I guess people care all of a sudden. Don't get me wrong, Peyton deserves this and then some, it's just crazy to watch unfold in this manner. The unsealing of the 1994 incident probably will make things worse.

Since there's no other thread to put this, I just got back from a short trip in the DeLorian. I'm calling the Super Bowl right now:

Dallas Cowboys Beat the New England Patriots 31-24 for Super Bowl LI Champions.

You heard it hear first...
