just as the title says i an having these problems and i am greatly confused. (this says general purpose so i just posted this here) i have done everything i can thing of such as not letting apps use it and have turned used task kill. Please need help on this, if i can't fix this my youtube may die in the time it takes to get a new pc or get this one fixed.
