According to Twitter & Neogaf, North American pre-loaded digital copies of the new Paper Mario game were accidentially not disabled by Nintendo prior to the Oct 7th release date. Nintendo has already corrected the problem on their end, but if you're one of the few who managed to download a copy of the game right away, you might be able to play it right now.
