Ratings key: 
10 - One of your very favorite artists of all time.
9 - Killer fucking band.  Or artist.
8 - Great sound, great songs, great albums.
7 - Very good, but not quite great.
6 - Pretty good.  More than a few songs you like.  You'd entertain the thought of seeing them live if they were in the area.  Or still alive.
5 - They're okay, but maybe not something you'll go out of your way to listen to.
4 - Meh.  There may be a song or two, or an album that you dig, but you'd rather listen to other stuff.
3 - Not very good.  You will more likely than not turn the station if they come on the radio.
2 - Not your cup of tea at all.  Some people like this, but you are not one of them.
1 - Horrible in every way.
0 - In the running for worst artist/musician of all time.  You would rather take a cheese grater to your face than listen to this.

I went 5/10. Respect the music, just not for me. Definitely worth a solid rating. Just not my cup of tea.

Ok I keep voting too high, because subconsciously I feel like below a 7 is a failing grade, but I consciously know better. I should reread the index whenever I vote, to remind myself. I voted 6 just based on Radioactive, which was decent enough. Based on rereading the number description I should have given them a 4. I'd also change my grade for Sex Pistols from an 8 to a 6.

They were just in town for the Football Hall of Fame concert. Still haven't heard any of their songs besides the muffled stuff coming from the stadium that I could hear in my house.

I'll vote after I check some songs out.

I like that song about Lou Diamond Phillips hosting underground muppet pit fighting. I'll give them a "meh" but I will usually turn the station if they come on the radio.

As for the videos, it depends on the artist. I'd give everyone a shot and at least skim. If I like them, I will check out all the videos. Yet to purchase an album though.

Gave them a five, didn't know their name but knew some of the songs when I heard them.

This kind of music isn't my cup of tea, but I'd listen to it when painting or drinking or something with no issue

Yeah... kids love these guys.

They don't have a single song that comes on that my kids don't get excited about in the car.

(and until I skimmed the video list, I didn't realize that half of these songs were Imagine Dragons)


And for the people that really hate it, I am sure our parents felt the same way about at least half the stuff we listened to in the 80's and 90's.

Yeah, not songs I would intentionally seek out, but not something I'm going to bother changing the radio station over.

Ok, I enjoy a couple songs by them. Lovelytheband and 21 pilots are 2 bands I recently discovered and would much rather listen to their music.
