I was wondering if there was any rumors about the next upscaler Micomsoft is going to release. I don't know what year the XRGB-mini FRAMEMEISTER was released but it looks like it's out for more than 5 years now? Most of the new HDTV are 4K now, I was wondering if Micomsoft was planning to release the next gen for their XRGB upscalers soon or later?

If any of you guys have news or rumors on the topic post it here, I'm really curious to hear it!

I haven't heard a thing. Is it really necessary? I imagine upscaling a 1080p digital input into 4k output would be pretty simple and standard.

Unless they can drastically reduce the price, I'm also unsure of the reasoning to invest the $ to develop it.
