It's definitely a NTSC prototype of Ufouria.  I purchased it off a programmer that worked on the job.  As for sending it out to you, I think I'd feel more comfortable releasing the roms just as I have my previous titles.  Why have one person examine it when I can have an entire community, right?

edit: oh, and for how obtained: I went into my local game store that still sells NES games and the store manager said he had a present for me. Apparently this more local programmer guy had passed away and his two 25-30 something girls had traded in/sold some of his items for store credit. The Manager said the store wasnt going to sell it due to the same reason they wont buy or sell a cheetahman or stadium events from people-because they cant verify it to be legit and dont want to be liable. So since he knew I was big into collecting of all the NES variants and all, and because I guess I had been a good customer, he said I could just have it for free for my collection. It was a good day today.
