Alright, so here's the story behind this item. I got a blue one when I was 4 or 5 years old and somehow it has survived all of these years. I recently stumbled across a black one in pretty much unused condition, though it doesn't have any official price tag on it or anything. There is a label on the inside that says "Universal" - Size Boy's - Made in Taiwan, just as mine says.
Bidding will start at $10 shipped, and about $3-$4 of that price is the cost of shipping.
