It is. And I love it, too. Better than the American/PAL art, I think, but I also have a soft spot for that art, too. Just beat it recently, and now it's one of my favorite SNES titles.

The quest continues for all the Japan/North American Kirby games.

I'm planning to download Dream Course for 3DS, but I may hunt up a SFC cart too (because why not - I have both versions of Super Star - Japanese SNES and US DS/Ultra).

Kirby art is fantabulous... I hope a 25th anniversary art collection comes out next year so I can buy it.

A quick story about a small score today. I decided to rent a table at my neighborhood flea market to sell some comic books and tools this morning. Because I had to watch over my sale, I couldn't go around and look at other sellers stuff. While tending to some customers, a woman who I regularly buy toys from comes quickly over and tells me that one of the sellers across the road has a box of Nintendo stuff. She gave them my name and asked them if they would hold it for a few minutes while she came to tell me about it.
I wound up with a N64 system with zelda ocarina, mario kart, pokemon snap, Spiderman, and other games for $10 total.

^^That's awesome! So how did you end up picking it up if you were watching over your sale?

I quickly finished up with the buyers there at the time, ran across the road like the flash, and hoped that nobody pocketed my stuff in the 7 minutes I was gone.

Not video game related, but I found these at the flea market this weekend. Guy who sells Hostess products had them sitting in his truck ready to throw out and gave them to me for free. I got 2 of them.

Havent decided yet!  MIght reinforce them and make them toy displays or something.  Or I was thinking of keeping one as a shelf and trimming the other one down and making them signs...as each side of the shelf has the same side art.

I had to go to Columbus for work from Cleveland and when I finished ahead of time, I hit up a really big Buybacks store. After almost finding zilch, and preparing for the drive back home, I had a great little find: Tecmo Golf longbox for PS1. Theres none on ebay and its one of last longboxes i still need. Funny enough, i was just lamenting the other day about this very title. It was 22 bucks, so i was verry happy.

I was the only bidder on this Super Metroid mock-up box from an artist's estate in Chicago. I wonder if they worked in advertising for Leo Burnett who had the contract for Super Nintendo? I was kind of surprised no one else bid and didn't see it until about 4 minutes before the auction ended

Found a knock off game cube controller adapter for Wii/WiiU/PC in a pawnshop for $5 and the really funny bit there was a second one identical to this one except it was in box for $15 I'm like seriously?! Hell the $5 still had the cable tie attached to it looked like it was taken out of he box and tossed aside. Yeah...ok, thank you. Works great too.
