I tried to take the photo in the goal, but was unsuccesful. I think it's enough with the "best time - other racers" format, anyways.

I'm sick of this game.

The track colors are a good enough indicator, you don't have to worry about that part at least.

By the way, which emulator do you use guys ? Which one is the best ?

I've used FCEUX, and it's great. Lot's of options, and you can save a "movie" of your gameplay, in a small file that just makes the character repeat all your actions, and it's a small file. It also has regular movie creation.

I'm only taking pictures that way because it's easier. Too much work to have to worry about racing the finish line celebration. Pretty much the same reason why I'm using an emulator despite actually owning the game this week.

And you were trying to help me with my math hw...

I calculated the final time first by hand but then thought I would post something so that people could easily check the overall time.

I cant beat the 1st place time on the 5th track. So I cant do the back ground thing. It's not holy crazy so this should be good on the honors system right. The guys just aren't on the screen

^updated a bunch of tracks, finally managed to do a few of them with 0 crashes a few times and get some tighter times. If I have time I'll try to tighten 4 and 5 also, but I don't think I can get more than 3-4 seconds off each (if I can even manage to do clean runs) so if you can get under 5 mins Jorge (will be close for you, looks like) you've probably got me beat.

bah, I give up. I figure out you did better, tall guy, because after you took the ramps, you pushed forward and then backward to fall flat. I just falled flat. Congratulations man! I hope I am still 2nd by the end of the day.

The trick is to press back at the last second and 'bounce' on the front wheel. Bouncing your way through the course off of all the track elements is the way to go, I think. Falling flat is actually pretty slow.

I'm not sure... oh well, I won't have time to try again anyway.

I took pics of my times, and I got somewhere around 5:30, but I don't care enough for this contest. I really did not like Excitebike.

Yeah, this game is just painful to play with other racers. One racer alone is much better, and much less frustrating.
