If you paid for the first DLC to you automatically get the 2nd part or do you have to pay more?

I didn't download the first DLC but this looks great. I'll have to come back to Zelda.

Man, between Xenoblade Chronicles 2, a run through Super Mario World with friends, and now this DLC, I don't know how I'll have time for anything else this weekend. And I'm okay with that.

This DLC looks really good, but Where's all the new Gen DLC haters?

Everywhere I've seen on the Internet, it's funny how when nintendo does it it's OK and it's worth it but when Sony and Microsoft do it they are the devil.

DLC always sucks for single player games.

The idea of paid DLC sucks, or the content always sucks? I don't mind when it really expands the game or adds new chapters etc so long as it's not intentionally nickel-and-diming the consumer to death. A good example would be the Left Behind DLC for The Last of Us. The content kind of sucked, but I appreciated that they expanded on a game that I didn't want to end.


Between this, Xenoblade 2, Skyrim and all the other mega time-consumers on Switch I don't know how the hell I'll be able to make time for them all. First world problems bigtime.

You either buy all of the DLC or none of it, so if you bought the first round, you will get this as well.

There is a right way and a wrong way to do DLC.  People complain when it's done the wrong way, such as an unplayable game without DLC or a pay to win situation.  No one is complaining about BOTW DLC because quite simply, it's optional.  Without the DLC, there is still more than enough content in this game.  

Edit:  Also, Nintendo can do no wrong, outside of maybe not making enough of something.  
 

Ive seen plenty of other games with quality DLC, that people still bitch about. 

More of a comment on the rabid, hypocritical  nintendo fanboys.

Also, don't forget that when Nintendo first announced the DLC for BOTW, there was A TON of hate coming from disapointed gamers.  It wasn't until they realized how good the game was before the DLC was even released, that they realized the DLC was optional, and therefore, done right.
 

I really don't feel that all DLC gets a bad rap as is being insinuated here. I think this might be being blown out of proportion a bit due to the recent massive (and completely deserved) public revolt at EA's microtransaction shenanigans. All DLC is not created alike, some is done very fairly and reasonably, optionally, and may even act as a "tip jar" to developers that you appreciate and want to support. Other DLC is basically the equivalent of greedy developers rummaging through your pockets for any spare change, groping your dick and leaving your underwear uncomfortably twisted in the process. It's not all bad, but sometimes it's awful.

Agreed with BOTW there is so much that is included in the base game that you don't need a DLC, unlike Battlefron 1, where there was so much missing from the base game and they you had to fork out another $50 plus for the extra content.
 

Because Nintendo does it within reason and it's truly optional.  They don't do stupid things like leave out part of the ending or encourage underage gambling...eh I mean lootboxes.

How much for DLC part two and only DLC part 2. The first half doesn't appear to offer much.

I think it's an all or nothing sort of deal.

 

The first half has the master sword trials which allows you to power up the master sword to a 60. I thought it was really good, especially when playing in master mode. Plus in master mode the enemies get their health back too.

All DLC is $20.  No DLC is $0.  There are no other options.
 

Guys, I'm having some difficulty finding answers online. With heaving beaten DLC Pack 2, I'm still missing 2 heart upgrades. This DLC had 4 shrines that were aimed toward upgrades and the other shrines were toward their own agenda and story. Are we to expect a third, and potentially fourth, DLC pack?
