Maybe someone could set up an excel spreadsheet to enter the scores into to make it easier to keep track

I am working on that.  The problem is easily transferring it to the site.  For the mean time I will just fix things when I make mistakes, sorry about all of the ones that have shown up lately!

On a more serious note, I've played EarthBound today for so long, I feel all tense and mentally worn out.
Then you called your mother and felt better?

I'm sure that I could've posted a better score if I owned the actual cart, but I couldn't track down a copy in time. I don't know what the deal is, but the controls do feel extremely loose compared to the Namco version.

Glad I'm not the only one. It's worse when using the boost. There have been more than a few times where I've tried to turn and instead went straight into a ghost.

Same here. I tried to lay off of the boost as much as possible. Maybe the game is designed that way on purpose since I didn't have any issues with the Namco version using the same setup and controller.

Great scores, guys. I'm hoping to find time to participate this week. I haven't missed a week yet, though my time has been much more limited lately. This is one of the few carts I don't currently own. That's a bummer because I love all things Pac-Man!

Hahaa I just got my copy yesterday.

I'll say that even with an actual cart I coulda swore I turned but nope, hit a ghost.

Where all on the same muddy field.

I can't play this with a controller. This is by far the worst controlling game I have ever played. It's admissable at the lower levels, but once the game speeds up it becomes almost unplayable. It would be nice if they hadn't sped up the ghosts so fast so quickly. The boost would have been a nice countermeasure if you could actually control Ms Pac-Man decently. I did like *some* of the level designs on strange and the co-op/competitive features seem pretty sweet but these shoddy controls overshadow all the positives. What a waste. I might try again a few more times tonight, but as of now I want no more of a game that won't do what my controller says.

Atari/Tengen should have learned from the 2600 debacle not to port any kind of Pac.

Playing on emulator must have something to do iwith it guts. I played two games on the real thing and got 160k in my second run. While I missed a few turn and get what you guys mean, it was nothing that I couldn't put on my fault. Every time I knew I was a little late when calling the turn.

Idk man,at first I figured it was the controller but every other game I've played recently works fine.

This is the first game I've played in the contests where I felt my score was capped due to something other than lack of skill.
