See last post for newest finds

New to the forums, and I had to share this find I got off Craigslist. I had to drive about 30 mins to get this lot, but I thought it was well worth it. Paid $40 for everything. I'm probably going to keep the box and the game container, and sell everything else as I already have all of these games. This guy had manuals/paperwork for all of the games, and even the console!

I thought I did well, what do you guys think?

you spent $40 on the lot worth around $100-$120

Really nice find. Looks like he took care of everything, too bad he didn't keep the game boxes.

Nice, wish the Craigslist in my area had more stuff like this and less overpriced Xbox 360s and Ps3s.

Looks good to me! You should more than make your money back on those games. The box seems to be in good shape (at least what's visible in the picture).

This is what I have found over past week or two. Not sure why I keep finding the same games(or only N64), but can't complain.

Picked this lot off Craigslist for $40

Got all this at a garage sale for $26.. Finally got a gold N64 controller, too bad the joystick is all kinds of messed up

Got these at a local GW, controllers were $3 each games were also $3 each

Went to some local thrift stores this past week and found these. Genesis games were $2/each, Atari games were $2/each, Game gear sonic labyrinth was $1.50, and Luigi's Mansion was $4

Got these from the a local GW... I wasn't going to get the NES at first since it was $25 and no controllers, but I opened it up to find Godzilla 2 in it, and they wouldn't let me buy just the game so whatever. VHS's were $0.99, and disc-based games were $4

Found these below at various thrift stores this past week. NES games were $1, Atari & N64 games were $2, disc-based games were $3.50

Some guy responded to my craigslist ad for the NES games.. $5 for all of them. The rest are from a goodwill I normally don't go to, but looks like I need to go more often.. All games were $4 each

Got these at a gamers exchange at eStarland. Paid $40 for everything from various vendors.. Pretty happy with Zoda's Revenge--CIB

I know I just posted yesterday, but this guy called me at 1AM (real sketchy) saying he needed money ASAP. He had responded to my Craigslist ad earlier, and he said if I could come pick this lot up then, he would sell it to me for $50. So I drove out there at about 2AM, and man, I am so glad I did.

Puppy decided to sneak in the picture

The SNES system might be the most disgusting console i've seen so far, not even sure how it still works.. There were also a few stink bugs in the box that had all the games in it. However, I've tested everything & everything works! Definitely my best pick-up this year.
23 Games include:
Illusion of Gaia
Shadowrun
Knights of the Round
Super Bomberman 2
Final Fantasy 2
The Legend of Zelda: A link to the Past
Axelay
Mr. Do!
Contra 3
Super Empire Strikes Back
Super Mario All-stars
Clayfighter Tournament Edition
Super Punch Out
Rampart
Street Fighter 2 turbo
Gradius 3
Donkey Kong Country
Super Mario Kart
UN Squadron
NCAA Basketball
Clue
Final Fight
Mortal Kombat 2

Really nice find. I bet if I offered to trade drugs for games i'd be more successful with CL ads.

So I got another hit on my craigslist ad this past week.. This guy was also "strapped for cash" but 100% less sketchy. Paid $30 for all the NES & SNES stuff. NES doesn't work.. flashing purple screen, i'm guessing the pin adapter problem. It is also missing the flip cover. Decent games, nothing too rare.. most of the NES games are going in my collection

Thrift store finds from past week:
Genesis games were $3 each, vhs was $1, all of the game boy stuff was $6.50

All of the games below were $3 each

Dynamite Cop is one of my favorite Dreamcast games, it rules so much. Evolution is great too, as is Castlevania Aria of Sorrow... in fact those are all awesome pickups for $3.
