OK here are some pics of what I got.  None of the pics do justics to how perfect mint all of these are.  The true story on this is that Batty found the Chubby.  So then I got in contact with the guy to see if he had anything else, we were trying to see if the guy was gonna screw Batty out of the Chubby and it turned out the guy's uncle died and he inherited all this NES goodness.  I spoke to the guy a couple times and it turns out his uncle was a packrat who never used/played with anything just bought it to have it and stored it on shelves.  That is 100% obvious as while none of these are sealed, every single one of them is either perfect mint or it has a little damage where the Black Nintendo Seal was removed, but none are under 9/10 with most being higher.  Every single one of them has never been opened though, all have the baggies, inserts, etc... as close to new as you can get without the seal. 

The most painful thing is that this guy obviously collected NES at the very beginning, if you count there are only 9 white oval seals in the entire lot... all of the games we got that were 5-screw version are the Hang-Tab boxes, yes all those Konami games etc are hang tab version boxes!  EVERY SINGLE HANGTAB IN THE LOT IS 100% UNPUNCHED!!  SO SWEET!  So back to the most painful part... Batty and I got all these items for a steal!  However his neighbor, a NES collector, passed on all this stuff but did buy $250 worth of stuff from the guy before Batty and I cleaned him out.  So what did the neighbor get?  Guy doesn't remember but he used to have the entire black box set... I'm only missing in what I bought Vollyeball, Donkey Kong, and Donkey Kong Jr Math.  So I think they got those, but they didn't pay $250 for that.  Look at all the stuff in the pics, FFF AW, Sqoon, Chubby, Stack Up, what other early game is missing?  Did you guess SE?      I offered the guy money to go back to his neighbor and try to buy back what he sold... only thing the neighbor would give him was a cart only Chubby, he kept the box/book.  So there were at least 2 CC CIB's in the inheritance... OMG I can't believe whatever else the neighbor must have got...  We did VERY VERY VERY Well, but the neighbor must have done better if he passed on what we got and he is a NES collector.
