Even though it's technically not a find, I just got a package from Ebay today, and my 250th NES cart is finally here!

It's Flintstones 2: Surprise at Dinosaur Peak. Paid 300 dollars, because the title was misspelled in two words. Thanks to RemedyLane for sharing that auction with me, I would of never found it without him.(Uploading pics, I need to confirm that it's the real deal) Seller had a reserve price of exactly 300, so I got lucky. The end label is in a bit of a rough shape, but for the price I cannot complain.

Will be posting other finds today, I just need to take pics of what I got.

Just put some duct tape on it, it will look good as new.

Sure It's not as bad as the pics make it look though, since it's all zoomed in. Plus it's going in a display case, and the top won't be showing!

I said it was technically not a find. So why are you even posting this?

Technically it is a find.. It was FOUND on ebay, misspelled. If you searched ebay for "Flintstones Suprise at Dinosaur Peak" you couldn't FIND the cart. It was listed poorly, therefore it took a little work to FIND it. It was so poorly listed the thing barely had any bids on it.. So, I qualify it as a FIND. But that's just my opinion.

I STILL kick myself on this one. A year ago (jan 2010) I could have bought this game for $130.

Alright, this will take me a while to update everything, as I ran into a lot of crap in the past month. First up is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figures. If you are a Nintendo Rules chat regular, you know that I go nuts over TMNT stuff, well I ran into this nice lady who sold me a huge lot of action figures and playsets for 100 dollars.

This is the action figures laying on the floor, theres about 75 of them. After putting them all together with the accessories, theres about 24 that are complete.

This is the playsets, and vehicles. After putting them all together with all the accessories, the technodrome is 100% complete. The sewers are missing two pieces that goes on top. Pizza thrower is complete. There is also the toilet vehicle not shown in the picture that is complete.

This is two bags full of accessories for the playsets, and action figures.

And this didn't come from the lady, it's actually something a friend of mine sent me. Thanks shipwrekd!

Now on to the Nintendo related stuff!

I found these from a local ad. It was a lot of around 60 Nintendo Power issues 139+. I paid 15 dollars for all of it.

It also had these extra mags, and that N64 book!

I found these for the best price of all! Free! I went to my parents house for a weekend, and figured I would look in some old boxes. I found the boxes+Manuals for these, I had the games loose, and thought I got rid of the boxes. I don't have a picture, but I also found an othello manual, and a guide for pokemon diamond/pearl.

This one was sent to me by my good friend PeteDiak! I only needed the box+Manual, and he sent them to me, thanks pete!

This, I found at my local value village. If you are non-canadian, it's sort of a thrift store, but it's much bigger. Most of them were 1.99 each. The mini gameboy is a game&watch type of thing, it's the spiderman one.

On to actual games!

As you've seen from my first post, I got Dino Peak, and since then I have been on the hunt for harder to find games. These 3 games have been sent to my by NA member Jon Solo. I was looking forward to getting these games, esepcially bonks and panic. Thanks Jon!

Pics of the boards, for documentation purposes. If something looks off, let me know. I doubt any of them are fakes though.

Here is something a little odd. My bonks had this inside the cart where the pins are located. I don't know if it's something a store put in there, or a rental place. Just seems a bit weird, anyone has any info on these kind of practices?

I have one last thing to post in this thread after this one. I am just taking pics, and will be uploading it soon.

Alright, last post fot today!

Finally! I have been waiting for this one for over a month in the mail. I got it off of ebay for 200 dollars, including manual. Carts alone go for that currently. It took long before I got it, because paypal screwed up my address, and it got sent at my old address, which is 3 days drive from here. It got returned to the ebay member, and finally he sent it to me.

Close up of the label. Looks very nice.

Again, pics of the board, if anything is fishy let me know. Even though it doesn't. The back needs cleaning, it has a rental sticker.

This is it for now.

^^^The Bonk's was probably a former rental; I've seen those on the backs of SNES rentals before. Contains the security strip to set off the door beeper.

Yeah, a lot of rental stores would put the security strip inside cart where the connector is. That is kind of a hard place to remove a sticker without a security bit because...how many of us had one in the 90's??? You have acquired quite a few nice finds lately, congrats Pat!!
