Let's keep things simple this year. We'll stick with the US licensed games, and not make any restrictions about beating the game in a previous year or whatever. There are 677 total, so that's less than two per day - totally doable. And to make things even easier, some games can't be beaten or are duplicates. So before we even start, we're at 15/677.

Post the games you've beaten in this thread, so they can be eliminated from the list. We're using the honor system here, so no pics or anything required. Emulators are ok too (no save states or cheats, though). Using continues or passwords is fine as well, as long as the entire game was beaten in this calendar year.

If a game has no ending and just repeats the same stages, then I'd consider it beaten once you get to the point where it repeats and also beat the high score if there is one. There's a great list of what constitutes beating most NES games here: AdamL's NES game endings FAQ.  That's what we'll go by in most cases. But I don't feel like it's necessary to get every ending, or to play on the highest difficulty. Let's get started!
