I have a question about these 2 items I have. I was wondering if these are considered prototype, and if not what are they?

I have a copy the original You Don't Know Jack game that is labeled "Sneak Preview Edition". It's in pretty nice shape. I can't get it to run on my Windows 7 PC though because it's from 1995.:

The other item I have is a disc for the game Anarchy Online, which I'm not really familiar with. The disc is labeled "Beta III". When I install and launch the game a NDA (non-disclosure agreement) comes up that you have to click OK on. After that I can't get much further because it can't find the game's servers.

Assuming those Discs have been pressed, cased, have Professionally printed books they are long past prototype. I would label them as Promo's

"Packard Bell" Damn! Its been ages since I have heard that name, but you know it was the one large manufactures from the early to mid 90's I could never remember their name. I'm being serious, I have had several conversations over the years that brought this company to mind but was never quite able to get it off the tip of my tongue.
