I've mailed my broken Glider cart back to retrousb, emailed him only once in a while for an update or to confirm that it's been received, and months later am STILL waiting to hear from Bunnyboy in any capacity.
Why do I have to complain on a public forum to get the most basic respect as a buyer?
Yes, I've PM'd him- NO, I don't want retro apologists making excuses that he doesn't check his email. Yes, I would LOVE to buy from him again, in fact, quite frankly I have no other choice but to purchase my brews from this seller, yet why can't he give me the basic respect we deserve?
If I pay forty bucks for a cart, it should work, or be fixed, or money back. Yet I get no response now for over two months!
I really don't want any reply except for Bunny, and sorry to the moderators for bitching on such a public channel, but this is the only way to get a response. I'll bump this post when I get a reply, or it will act as a counter to how long it takes to get a reply. It's already been too long!
