I noticed I have received some carts in the past in one of the padded envelopes as opposed to a box and I was wondering if it's financially worth sending them that way. how much do you save? I'm looking to save shipping costs any way i can but is it too risky to send carts in an envelope?

I've found for single carts as long as packaged properly in a bubble envelope they seem to arrive just fine. I've never tried nor have I been shipped multiple carts in a bubble envelope.

I recycle old Small flat rate priority boxes then put them in the bigger envelope it works great, game is protected, and you still get the best price to ship things.

I've sent carts in a bubble mailer before, and they always were received in the same condition I shipped them in.

Being a Canadian, cart only you could technically send it with stamps for like $2.95 and I think Regular Parcel for the same size would be like $5 or $6.

Only thing is, obviously takes a bit longer too.

As everyone said above, bubble mailers are fine for cart only, but with boxes and manuals stuff might get crunched a bit.

Small Flate Rate boxes are the best for CIB's I think. You can send them in a bubble mailer though.

Just flatten it out, lay manual on top of it and lay it between two pieces of cardboard. Wrap some tape around so it doesn't slide out from between them. I'd also say lay the cart on top of the cardboard pieces and then wrap plastic wrap around it with tape so that everything isn't sliding around inside.
