I have several Nintendo Consoles (Everything from NES to Wii U) and I would like to do this with it.

Mod/get RGB/VGA from each console
Run everything through a VGA switcher
input to an SLG3000
VGA to HDMI scaler

Would I run into any problems? I've heard some scalers only support 31khz, not 15khz. Does the SLG support 15khz?

Also, what would be the best output for each console?

NES - RGB (modded)\
SNES - RGB (Standard)
N64 - RGB (Modded)
GCN - Component (Standard) or VGA (modded component cable)
Wii - Component (Standard) or VGA (Standard, third party cable)

Would it be better to get VGA from the Wii/GC, or just get a component to VGA converter?

So here is what I am looking for:
At least an 8 port VGA switch (with audio switch built in)
component to VGA converter
15khz to 31khz upscaler (Is there such a thing?)

Also, what consoles are 15khz, and which ones are 31?
