Will there be an option to purchase a ROM download? I like to play homebrews on my PowerPak and PSP if at all possible, due to space considerations. It would be great if this option were available for all Khan homebrew releases, especially the out-of-print ones!

1) There will certainly be a ROM tier on the Kickstarter. It should work fine on the Powerpak as long as you have the GTROM mapper on there. It can be found over at nesdev if you don't already have it.

2) I will be adding some digital purchases to my website/itch.io soon. I know I will certainly offer The Incident and Study Hall, but I'm not sure about anything else, since almost all of it is copyrighted material.

Thank you for your interest!

Excellent news all 'round!  I'm in for a ROM of all three of those, and hopefully Scramble too (hint hint)!

Is that GTROM mapper the one at this link?

https://forums.nesdev.com/viewtop...

How many other homebrews require it?  I'm guessing games that require this mapper won't work with NesterJ for PSP...?

That's the one! There are a number of other homebrews that require it, and many more will in the future.

I don't know about NesterJ. I was surprise to learn that support has been added to nes.emu, the mobile emulator, so perhaps support is there for NesterJ.

Congrats dude. I don't know how well your older stuff like Study Hall did comparatively, but seeing a couple dozen $150 LEs sell in an hour I imagine this will be one of your most successful games

It's really hard to compare them because the market is totally different now. I hope this one does well though! It's definitely the game I'm most proud of.

Suddenly, over a hundred copies of Sneak 'n Peek cried out in agony; in one voice.

Man, in the Kickstarter he pronounces the game "Any-Escape" I've been saying N-E-S-Scape or "Nescape". That's the real shocker.

I was excited for the locked box, it's like getting in on one of Kevin's first limited editions, harking back to Pink Lady Frogger. Congrats on the Kickstarter, mostly funded in its first 6 hours!
