Its an SNES dev system that I had while doing some work with Argonaut back in 1992(?). The card plugged into a PC with the development software. The cart plugged into the card and a SNES. Likely this was the system used to develop either the unreleased REACTOR and/or the VANGUARD 3D prototype (pre-SFX chip) by Argonaut.
