dammit... I can't believe I missed this contest. I just got my Arkanoid arcade cab up and running 2 weeks ago so I've been playing a lot of this game recently.

Honestly, it's been probably at least a year since I've played the NES version so I don't know if it's 100% the same... but I believe the NES version is pretty much an exact clone of the arcade version. I also have Arkanoid 2 that I can swap into that cabinet but I don't like the 2nd Ark as much as the 1st.
