I heard a lot of positive things about size on. i usually try and stay away from creatine, but i think ive plateaued and i still feel too scrawny. i was wondering if any of you guys use all 3 of these products or any one, and what did you think of it?

Gaspari Sizeon
Gaspari Superpump
Protein Powder

Is it all right to take the two gasparo's pre workout and then protein after? I just want to make sure its safe.

I take creatine before and after workouts, as well as GNC NO Loaded (same thing as superpump) Also after workout I make a protein shake with 1 cup egg whites, 40 g whey protein, a banana and frozen mixed berries.

You should have no problem taking all 3 of those supplements, just make sure you're eating enough as well. Shoot for 1 g of protein for every pound of body weight. You should see results fairly quickly.

Hey Anthony, I work out a lot, high intensity. I have used the following:

*Superpump - can be rough on stomach
*NO3 - tastes like shit, works well
*NO Explode - ruins your stomach, very sweet
*Expand - will make you feel so sick it's not funny
*Jacked3D - no stomach issues, very good focus and pump (best I've tried)
*Creatine monhydrate - taste like ass, use juice to sweeten
*BCAA's
*All Natural Dymatize Protein powder (low carb) - yummy
*Muscle Milk - yummier

The BEST combination by far in my experience is the following (I put on 25 pounds in just over 2 months).

*Jacked3D for pre-workout
*BCAA caps immediately after workout (2 caps)
*1 teaspoon of Creatine monohydrate with some water/juice
*for protein if you want to add size, use muscle milk, to cut use Dymatize all natual (low carb)

You can buy all of this stuff for WAY cheaper than local retailers sell it for on www.bodybuilding.com

Hope this helps!

Edit to add: All of the products I have listed are sold in Canada and approved for sale in Canada, they do not contain andro and other stuff that is sold in the US (or used to be).

I've tried it all too but I'm one of the hard gainers that can't gain weight to save his life. Protein Powder is essential IMO, but I'd cycle creatine every so often and not let your body get used to it.

Well I think he said that's all of the stuff that he has taken, not that he is taking. I've taken a lot too:

Hydroxycut
Hydroxycut Hardcore
ECA Stack (Ephedrine / Caffeine / Aspirin)
Creatine Monohydrate
EAS Phosphagen (Creatine)
EAS Phosphagen Elite (Creatine)
Nitro Tech
Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein
Optimum Nutrition Casein Protein
Muscle Milk
BCAAs

That's about all I can think of offhand.

It all works to varying degrees, the real problem lies in how much of the strength you retain after you drop off the supplements. Or if you take a fat burner, how much of the weight do you really keep off afterwards.

I'm doing the opposite. I'm trying to maintain muscle without gaining any weight whatsoever. The leaner I can get, the better my chances of succeeding in amateur boxing.

I use Nectar protein isolate. Plenty of protein with almost no calories. It taste good, helps me recoup for the next day, and doesn't add an ounce to my frame.

I'd focus more on the foods you eat then the crazy amount of supps you take in. At least that works for me.

i used to think that way, and you're absolutely right, nutrition makes a helluva a difference. im just really lazy and cant commit to much, im sure if i did watch my nutrition closely i wouldnt need this stuff, but fact of the matter is ive been seeing big results since i started taking supplements.

im trying not to go overboard with them but its hard not too when you're seeing such good results in so little time

Arch - not at all, especially with the stuff I mentioned I was currently using. Cheap protein makes you stink.

Jone - I dont take any fat burners at all, ever, anything with Ephedrine or andro i stay the hell away from. I also don't find any drop off in strength. I went from benching 330-350 max to 250ish after I stopped working out for 8 months. (may look bad, but i dropped 30 pounds and could still push 250+, i guss its all relative)

Upandaway - good eating is implied for anyone serious enough to take supplements. #1 rule is diet. Suuplements help you get what you want faster/better/stronger

Bunny - more biking mang! eat better, you CANNOT eat ANY fast food if you expect to meet your goals, unless you have a freakish metabolism. I gain weight/mass like crazy, so I have to watch what I eat very, very carefully.

Wow, you guys are nerds. XD

I'm halfway with bunnyboy - 142 lbs. But I'm pretty happy here. I could stand to gain 10, but I've got about 10 billion more interesting things to do with my time.....

Anthony, you are safe sir, although I have never tried Gaspari, a simple creatine and whey protien after your workout works great. My favorite combo when I was in competition form was CE2 and Syntha 6(you could also throw in No2 but I never seemed to notice a difference using it). Celltech if anyone has ever used it will get you big, but seriously tear your body apart! Hope that helped sir  Simple go by is to just pay attention and "listen to your body" and it will tell you what you should and shouldn't be putting in there

alright so just got back from popeye's (has the best deals on supplements) and i got;

isoflex protein powder
con-cret pure creatine powder

im supposed to combine the creatine with the superpump i already have before my workout and then isoflex right after.

i was told isoflex is the best because its 90% pure protein (vs. 100% whey protein, which is actually just a whey mix, which is a lot of filler)

this shit is freakin expensive...dropped $150 for the protein and creatine. im trying it out tonight, hope it works
