I followed the directions on wiring, and have made the cart from two different roms. Neither rom has distortion on an emulator. Anyone had this issue or figured out how to resolve it?

Mine does that also, I figured it was the overscan area and cut off in the emulator. Game plays fine other wise

Yep that is what it is, I turned off the cropping in NESTopia and got the same result
