NES cart only L'Empeurer
Not bad for a grand total of a $20 bill

Found these at a flea market a while back. As nice as any I have ever seen. $10 each

These came from a different flea market for $20 total

These 2 I had my eye on for a while, but I finally showed up on "Half price NES" day. So I ended up getting them for $10 each as well as a stack of half price cheap commons.

Found Tournament Fighters in the same $5 bin as L'Empereur the next week.
Pretty stoked about that one. Now I just need a box.........

All of the stuff in the next 2 pictures I paid $2 each for. The Sega CD Batman Returns is new and sealed.

The Megaman X2 is just a box,(no game or manual) but I'm not complaining.

Wow, amazing, stunning really with the MMX2 and Snowboard Kids 2 at that rate and Civ is nothing to sneeze at either as it's just a class title and if you have a mouse pretty fun to handle.

Feel dirty asking, but do you have much interest in keeping Sim City 2000?

I have an extra of this if you want one. I'll check to see if it is complete or just cart/box.

Nice finds, up north has been kinda dry a d not very good as of recent. I been trying to find a copy of that best of the best for the nes in the wild for quite a while now.

/thumbs up!

I found Best of the best (as well as manyof the other loose carts) at Game Crazy down in Salem while I was working there. There are 2 stores there that were independently owned and operated before Hollywood Video bought the name. They are still up and running today. Prices are extremely random there.
keep your eyes peeled and good luck hunting!

Yep I know that store very well, last time I was through Salem I stopped there( little over a year ago now) and got 32 N64 carts at 2.50 each including Super Bowling and quite a few other good titles.

Every so often they have some killer deals, and I have gotten quite a few good deals and game from them.

picked up some more goodies at five bucks a piece.

No manuals for ogre balltle or harvest moon.

The ones without the boxes were Final Fantasy 3 cart only and Mega Man X2 with instructions. I got the mega man box there a few months ago for $2. so I completed that one for 7 total. Had an empty box for final fantasy.

Stack up wat the 2 dollar flea find a mentioned earlier. Final Fight 2 came from a game store for 15. Had an empty box for that one too.

Clock Tower looks new for 3 bucks at goodwill.

I've owned Cliffhanger and Die Hard before. And I've seen Mario several times, but never owned it. But I'm excited about Sword Master because it's the first one I've ever even seen in the wild.

Found these the other day. Starflight is CIB with map. It's been on my want list for a long time.

Can't go wrong with Truxton either.
These 2 I found at a pawn shop for $5 each. Had them already, but trade bait is always good.

This whole thread is unbelievable but this one really stands out. You saw S.C.A.T. for $20 and were able to wait for it to go down in price before buying it? How is that possible? Is the store you bought it from hidden in a cave past a desert surrounded by a swamp? Do you have to answer riddles to enter the store?

This store actually was in a cave surrounded by a swamp, yes.
That was over a year ago though, $20 was about the going rate for it at that time, before it took off. Who knows how long it was sitting there before I grabbed it. I never see anybody in there except for kids looking for games for their current gen systems and handhelds.
