Someone want to sell me Zelda Wind waker w/ OoT and Master Quest (all the game in the same case) on gamecube for 80$. I just need to know if it's a good deal or not

$80 bucks is a fair price on a few conditions. If the game is in great condition or Like New, includes manuals\booklets\warranty. Minor or no disc damage on either side [no scratches\minor scratches] for both disc. $80 bucks is a great price. Go for it. You can try to talk him down, but I would give em $80.00 and run with the game.

If I didn't already have one, I'd probably fork out close to that (probably $70-$75 absolute max). It's a very rare combo pack...that's for sure, but I'd think with a little patience, you might be able to do slightly better than that $80. I gave $55 for mine a few months ago.
