Good god those are some high frickin' scores! Nice to see a game like this get so much attention, certainly not an easy game to get used to, but you guys are getting through almost the entire game without dying. Very impressive.

Just a note, since nearly all of us agreed that looping stages by going to the firing range was forbidden, no scores were considered in which a stage was looped.

Me too, that's just, well, awesome.

I didn't realize it had been so long since I last played this game, way back in 2003, and the best I could do then was 13 deaths. It is one of the tougher games on the NES, but at least it has infinite continues, the one thing keeping it from being overly difficult to actually finish, unlike a similar game, Darkman which I was never able to beat.

1st game (1st time beating it): beat it, died seemingly hundreds of times
09/23/03
2nd game: beat it with 9 continues used
3rd game: beat it, but I got so wrapped up in it that I forgot to keep record
4th game: beat it with 13 deaths / 2 continues used

Thanks. Im Surprised I did so good, beginning of the week I couldn't even pass level two. Took me a while to figure out why my guy kept flying off the screen for no reason.

Are you sure we got all of them? I am thinking there is at least 1 more hidden area.
