Also the dimensions of a SNES mini would be appreciated. Trying to plan out my media centre.

In inches, as I'm too lazy to convert to metric:

SNES - 9.5" x 8" x 3", roughly.
SNES Mini - 7.25" x 7.25" x 3", roughly.

Don't forget to include a bigger height for the games!

I could have just said multiply each # by 2.54 (or even 2.5).  It's late here anyways haha!

I've been stuck in Colombia for 5 weeks waiting for my company's shipment to arrive here, so I have a bit of time on my hands...but even with that time, I still find ways to be lazy.

How much clearance do you think I'd need? I plan to put it on a shelf that's 8 inches high, so that means around 5 inches of clearance

If you add the game height in the system (say about 3 inches), you're left with 2 inches to get your hand in there and pull it out. In my opinion, the clearance is too small to easily get a game in and out of the system.
