Maybe staying at the left most side of the screen after you get rid of the two breakdancers at the start will force her to spawn at the right side.
She always spawn before the breakdancer.

I think that it's easier because if she enters from the right then you can start by piledriving her without the breakdancer getting in the way.

BTW, do you have any idea why the graphics glitch out when you do the bull charge too much? I've had the graphics glitch other times too, but not often. It's usually from doing the bull charge.
