im not a republican or democrat. Im liberatarian. But as the saying goes. I hate conservatives, but i fuckin really hate liberals. The democratic party is so far gone. Its completely changed. I wish we could get some classic liberals back. I can listen to dave rubin( the rubin report) talk and debate. Hes a reasonable "liberal" or what they used to be. He himself as a lifelong democrat has left the party. Its gone off the deep end. Not saying their arent crazy republicans and conservatives too. But this trump election(nationalist populist movement) has made the democrat party show their new colors. They are doubling down. They are basically giving him another term. Thanks democrats.

Well that's true but programming languages don't include speaking/listening parts like foreign languages do.  Though foreign language studies do include that language's country/culture and what not, I suppose the history of computer programming would most definetly be a part of computer programming study, especially in beginning classes.  For instance, Ada Lovelace essentially did for computer programming what Florence Nightingale did for modern nursing...and that was over 100 years before we had any sort of electronic computers!!
