Yep. Looks at the stats....neither QB over 200 yds passing. The leading rusher in the game is Percy Harvin with 45 yds....and he's a WR. And the best WR statwise is Demaryius Thomas with 11 for 87. I'm sure the stats will get inflated soon as Denver is probably in "just get it over with" mode.

I believe they have scored on every single possession they've had the ball, haven't they? Have they punted?

Yes they have punted. For someone who isnt a Seattle fan, you are doing a great Joe Buck impression
I'm just saying it how I see it. This is the most one-sided SB I have ever seen right now.

their avg field position was almost mid field first half. they were held to fgs and they got almost all their points off an int td, safety kickoff return.

I dont want to talk about it anymore. I just wanted a good game since i dislike both teams. I just hate illogical people who say a play or two doesnt change a game at the beginning of the game when they see a lopsided score of a game. momentum is everything.

Im done.

Yeah, casual football fans say this. True football fans know even a single play,a single call....can impact the game significantly. And it is the most lopsided in recent memory. The record is 45 points by SF in 1989 versus....you guessed it...Denver 55-10.

Stats don't matter to Seattle fans!

This reminds me of the Steelers/Seahawks Super Bowl. Man that game was horrible. Surprised Pitt won that game with how badly Roethiesberger played. 36-8....here comes the comeback...lol. Channel your inner Frank Reich Peyton!

Holy hell dude. Seriously, you are usually pretty intelligent with your football comments but give it a rest Seattle is the best team in football hands down. Just admit it already, the rest of the world already has!

i was talking about the seattle offense. On offense they have not been that good. Defense has been good but some lucky bounces that way that got them a gifted 9 points in the first half.

I'm pretty damn excited to see that offense next year with a healthy Harvin and Rice though. Don't forget we gave up our three draft picks for him and he played a half all season! Probably gonna be MVP of the Super Bowl!

The Denver offense this year averaged 6.2 yards per play. They were a pretty good offense, yeah?

Seattle tonight? 6.9 yards per play.

after the last couple drives?? where denver is down 30 and not even trying? you arent grasping simple game flow. Please just stop. I hate both these teams and this is a terrible game.

Peyton Manning has the greatest sad faces. I want them to keep a camera on him the rest of the game.

I'm loving it too, when I was in a mock draft before the season started I said Seattle over Denver in the Super Bowl. Some asshat posted That Seattle wouldn't even make it with a black qb. Wish I could find that guy now....

Never saw this coming...well, said it might happen...but with Denver....but holy fuck, that was just....wow. What a beatdown. I feel bad for Manning. I feel like I had a better chance at winning the super bowl today.

I agree. Seattle played really well, and they showed that amazing defenses win games. I wish the Broncos would have played a better game, they looked like a wounded animal that needed to be put down.

Seattle played awesome on all sides of the football. Congrats to them.

I guess that about wraps things up in this thread!  Hopefully August gets here quick!

Unreal game. This is the first time i've been a fan of a team for a long time and they've won something, i'm almost in shock. Just a complete team game in every sense. I've never seen a team score every possible way before. I do feel bad for Peyton, he didn't have the best game, but neither did anyone else on the Broncos.

Not the most exciting Superbowl ever, thats for sure, but it sure feels good to see your team win one.

You'd be wrong then, we PNW'ers have seriously enjoyed the game.  Who doesn't love a blowout for their team?

Congrats Seahawks, my throat is raw from all the cheering.

On a more serious note, I've played EarthBound today for so long, I feel all tense and mentally worn out.
Then you called your mother and felt better?

you can be happy they are winning, but Id be hard pressed to still say it wasnt a dreadful boring game. I like a win for my team but Id atleast in the biggest of games like a game of it.
