Does this game sell anywhere near retail? Just wondering if its something I could sell easily or one of those high end games nobody really buys

whoa. is it complete? i don't think these change hands often enough to have any kind of price predictability. how did you find this? did you originally send away for it? or was this some crazy score?

I think you will have a hard time moving it for full price.

There is currently one on ebay that has been setting there for awhile. I guess that your market is a very small high end collector. If a normal collector needs to play the netlink edition you can buy a mint Japanese copy for less than $40.

It is indeed very niche. Availability is certainly low, but as someone who collects for ntsc Saturn, I have no interest in collecting the netlink versions of any of the titles. A regional game shop owner disclosed to me a year or two back that they acquired a complete one as part of a collection lot and and flipped that specific title online for I want to say around $1500 or so.

seems another user turned up one on here some time ago, can't recall if it was a buy or a sell though.

If complete and in decent shape, you shouldn't have any problem getting $1200-1500 for it. Potentially up to $1800-2000 if you want to sit on it for awhile.

I think Archon needs one. It's so rare it's hard to even find sales for them (I would not count that $5,000 one as being seriously for sale). I bought the last one on VGPC which was an auction, so at least one of us is paying crazy money for it.

It depends where and when you sell, but even then it's difficult to say.
