I've witnessed it first hand, that Tim and his Midwestern who-ay of speaking. Could use a little California twist in there, dude. Cha, Surf's up. Brian has it, after a few drinks.

Brian doesn't order drinks. He just waits until yours is almost gone and then chugs the last few gulps.

Haha several drinks did disappear that way, including the yummy cider that Brian really seemed to enjoy.

Suit yourself Tim. You'll come around eventually... Just give it some time man, just give it some time.

Well dear listeners, we recorded episode IX, but the internet gremlins may have gotten it! Please bear with us a few days on that before we face the prospect of re-recording. Thankfully half of the episode is safe, including an interview with a previously unknown developer!

In the meantime, we are discussing doing an episode on NES Maker. Whatever your thoughts are on the project, please feel free to write them in to us. Questions, excitement, concerns, comments, whatever. You likely know where to get a hold of us at, but a simple PM always works too. Not all of them will be used of course, and if you would like yours to remain anonymous please indicate so in your message. If you would like our thoughts on a topic or simply want to air something that you feel no one is asking, now is a time. Not THE time, but A time; good enough.

Also, please do not gum up this thread by asking them directly in here  .

"Untitled from a game that may or may not come out one day by Thomas Ragonnet."

sooooooooo is now a good time to tell the world of a SGP 1028k open world sandbox/exploration game? or is this Tim's NES time-traveling port of a MMORPG that utilizes the never-before-used modem port at the bottom of a toaster? Or is this for Kevin's port of the Commodore's version of the classic ASCII terminal game Rogue?

FFS, finally!

I found myself over the weekend looking at the episode listings a few times wondering why it had been so long since an episode came out.

Life things, but also because I had the bright idea to get interviews for three episodes done all at the same time. Lesson learned...

Because it takes upwards of 20 hours to produce a single episode. And trying to coordinate schedules between multiple people, including those we interview, and also dealing with technical issues when recording the podcast itself leads to delays. I know you're making that comment in jest, but it's hard work putting these out.

I didn't know about Quest Forge so i googled it. It turns out someone  i used to know a bit has worked on it! Nils went to the same senior high school as me, though 2 years apart. The municipality we grew up in had a population of 22.000 then... pretty good nes homebrewer per capita ratio

Again, another great episode! Downloaded some new homebrews to try out as well! Star Evil has really caught my interest as of late.
