So I actually picked up this stuff a couple of weeks ago, but I haven't had time to post the find yet. I was hitting up garage sales "cold", that is, I didn't have any planned stops, and I was going down a random country road (barely any houses), pretty much in the middle of nowhere about half an hour from where I normally cruise around for sales.

I stopped at a sale, and at first saw only glassware and clothes, but I've learned to always peek in any boxes with closed tops. I was inspecting some boxes stacked up against the porch and saw the tell-tale hangtab of a Genesis game. It turns out the seller had four big boxes full of gaming stuff. I asked how much and she said "I don't know, less than a dollar each game I guess". I took a quick look and offered her $150 for everything in the boxes, and she readily and happily agreed.

She also said that she has a hundred or more NES games, mostly CIB, in storage. I am guessing this is true based on the number of NES Game Genies she sold me. She took my name and I really hope she contacts me about those.

Anyway, here is the haul. About half of the Genesis boxes and 1/4 of the SNES boxes are a bit sunfaded, and these are almost all ex-rentals so the carts and manuals have been raped by the video store, but a lot of them will clean up nice too.

EVERYTHING pictured/listed was $150. This is probably my best resale lot this summer. Ignore the shitty unfinished concrete floor in my shop.
