Damn nice! Is that your only BB2 box? I still need the box (I have the manual).

I had a few score in the last few days as well.

I got a factory sealed Race America off Half.com for $15, thinking it was just "shrink wrapped". It turned out to be a minty copy, original, unopened factory seal

I also picked up a factory sealed Goal! 2 for $10, but the seller later posted "closer" pics and there was a tear in it. I figure for $10, it was still a pretty good deal:

I thinnk if we ever gave out an award for person who finds the best stuff on eBay it would have to be called The Dustin Award or the Dustin Trophy, or something as long as Dustin or Nistle was in it somewhere.

Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, "You're next." They stopped after I started doing the same thing to them at funerals.

That box was listed for a whopping 17 minutes before you bought it. You ALWAYS seem to be in the right place at the same time.

VERY nice finds. A CIB Pro Sport Hockey is no easy find.

How hard are MFF and PSH to get CIB?

well i paid $30 for each of them. first cib pro sport hockey i have seen in a while. i saw it in a lot and got the seller to sell it seperate. it is pretty hard to find IMO. I already had MFF with the box but not the manual. the manual is really hard to get IMO. this copy still has the plastic on it. the seller had just recently opened it "to test it out".

Pro Sport Hockey CIB usually runs 40-50. I think it is much rarer than that but I don't think sports games ever go as high as they should for the rarity. Just like JC Tennis. The MFF manual is terribly hard to find. Cart isn't very hard and box is somewhat difficult to find.

The last CIB copy of Pro Sport Hockey that I saw was about 6 weeks ago. Of course I haven't been searching hard for it, but it is something I keep my eye out for. I was part of a pretty large lot and I basically won the lot specifically for Pro Sport Hockey.

Man those are great finds; the BB2 box has some serious fading but I'm still in shock. It's got to be more than luck... do you have a team of monkeys strapped to computer chairs scouring eBay all day long for you or what?

BTW, I gave up 50 dirt common Atari games to get my mint CIB Pro Sport, but it looks like you have even that deal beat.

-------------------------

My mantra, as worded by SamSpade on 06/12/12:
I don't resell to fund my collection, I don't treat this hobby like a second job, I don't care if my collection is worth ten bucks or ten thousand because I never plan on selling it. Seriously, what does the value have to do with anything if you never plan on selling? Speculation doesn't mean jack shit to me at this point, I just want to play my nes games...

My PSH is perfect mint, got it from Dkazz last year for around $50 I believe. Like I said that is a tough one but I don't think any sports games get respect at all. My CIB double of JC Tennis only sold last week for $20. The manual sucked but the cart and box were mint.

Isn't it wierd though Dustin? All these high end games seem to be selling through the roof lately but JC Tennis and PS Hockey are still dirt cheap compared to rarity!

I will take a CIB Jimmy Connor's Tennis off your hands if you have a double of it! Interested in selling it?

Yeah, all I've got to trade is that list you see on NESWorld, plus about 150 other random cartridges that I haven't gotten around to organizing yet. Everything I have is pretty common though, not sure if you'd be interested in them.
