I know Flashback uses those boards. However it is a very poor board design. They are auto routed with lots of dead copper and the ones I bought would not hold a save very long and the biggest problem I have with them is there are no capacitors on the boards, probably why they would not hold a save.
These boards are much better quality and they come with everything pre mounted except for the ROMs and battery
