i see our website was been updated! (http://NWCGE.org...) thank you Hans!! now just need to update the Affiliate page! (i'm working on it Mike)

soon we'll have 2 more people updating our website so it should have more info up quicker in the future.

i'll soon post about the vendors list, and update the contests next week.

do i dare say anything about the Atari 2600 special show releases? i know of 1 and maybe a total of 3 but i would be surprised if we get all 3 to happen.

I went to 2004 in Seattle. Was a smaller show, but found tons of stuff, and had a blast, well worth it.

Great! Anyone else from NA coming. Erik?

also, was wondering if BunnyBoy would come and set up... selling homebrews at a show like this would do wonders. I think he is california.

As they opened the doors I was still setting up. The booth next to me had BOXES of empty NES boxes and manuals. Some guy dug a Snow Bros Box/Manual/all inserts outta of it all for $4.

I waited until sunday afternoon before I really even got to go through the guys stuff and I ended up with a stack of RARE color dream manuals all minty plus many many more for a trade of Raiden Project for PS1 and a Katamari Damacy promo bag.

those are the types of deals you can expect.

come back from your vacation early  LOL!    hehe.. there is one person (Bill Carlton) who is cutting his vacation short to go to our show, he will be showing his film "High score" on saturday night.

i wish we could make it a bit later (late sept) but this was the only spot we could get since we waited to late in nailing down the venue. hopefully you can make it next year!

Rick,
I am super excited about the High Score film. Can't wait. it'd be fun to film the Q & A of him at the show after the screening.
any objection?

also, are we allowed to set up the night before or just that morning? I will likely come up early morning, but just want to check as I was a little rushed last year trying to get set up before the rush of people.

Josh, are you going to be bringing your film crew again?   that would be SWEEEEEEEET to have the whole show filmed. since we'll have a lot more people there it will make it harder for you to find me to do a interview.

i need to check on that! it would be nice to be able to do that. but if i remember right they didn't even set up our layout till late friday night last year. at least you have an extra hour this year since we don't open the doors till 10am this year.

I just got back from spending the 5th-12th in Oregon. I'll never get used to handing someone my debit card and having them pump my gas... too Wierd!! Went through Portland and stayed in a rented cabin on the beach at Cape Lookout State Park in Tillamook. Good time... had bonfires on the beach and such. Went to the Tillamook Cheese Factory a couple times for Squeeky Cheese, love that stuff. Spent a day going to all the places they used in filming the GOONIES. Spent a day hitting every 2nd hand shop, antique store, and game place I could find from Seaside all the way south to Lincoln City... I only found 1 damn store with NES games and they wanted $5 each for carts. The funiest part though was as I was looking through their crappy SMB/DH carts this dude walks in and asks if they are buying NES games and sells them some NES carts for $2 each. My G/F called me from the car saying look look the guy is bringing in NES games. Too bad they all sucked too... oh well good times!
