for soundtracks, curious what you consider "rare standalone physical OST"? Sometimes what people think is "rare" is fairly common to be honest.
No, these are really rare, I know since I checked online and even within Japan itself not even Surugaya had any, nor was there any traces of any selling on YJA. The only place that even makes any mention of their existence is vgmdb.

Again, I don't know for certain, but I wouldn't bet on Silver Case reselling for profit.
I know, this is why I only got one copy for myself and I am planning on getting the PS4 version since I prefer that over PC for sure that plus I already got a Steam code, so I am definitly not planning on opening my PC limited edition copy, so if I can get good profit from it then I might sell it down the line since it is still a rare release and all that so we'll see how it goes.

I've collected video game soundtracks for years, and am selling most of my collection. I just sold one soundtrack for over $150.
150 is not alot for a truly rare soundtrack but that's probably as good as it gets for something that isn't a video game but an OST of a video game, if anything it's kind of a waste selling something that rare as you're not getting paid it's real worth, a very rare game in comparison can sell for far far more.

That's obviously far from the norm, but it was a truly rare soundtrack and those can sell for quite a bit, although I agree FAR less than truly rare games. Here's a World of Warcraft Collector's Edition that sold for over $5000 which of course if far far from most games sell for, but still that is insane

Well ain't that great... Sold my copy 2 years ago for about 250 or something. Though mine was used, but complete and in mint condition.
