bayou billy is ok but c'mon that game sucks. You know what kills bayou billy? The damn controls. Good gracious can I actually kick or punch an enemy wtf... and the light gun stages!!! Who the hell wants to play light gun games? Duck hunt ya it's cute but that's it I don't need any more light gun games! 


 

Gradius is rough. Its sequel and Life Force blow it out of the water.

I agree. Twin bee is good too. But I played that series after stinger so I am
more comfortable and familiar with stinger and so I like it more.

I'm weird in that Bayou Billy and RollerGames are the Konami beat em ups that I love and not the Turtles games. But I also do love Contra and Jackal.

I still need to try Bucky O'Hare.

I got into RollerGames after watching someone practice speedruns on Twitch. I decided that I finally needed to beat that game. And then I didn't stop playing until I could beat it without dying.

I probably won't revisit RollerGames any time soon because there isn't much else to accomplish but I had a great time with it.

I gave this game another try and managed to improve my score.
Also, it seems like the flying brain can be beaten, but the only instance where I saw someone on Youtube doing this, was someone who most likely had some kind of turbo controller. I can not mash the button fast enough to defeat that thing, even at point-blank range.
I gave the main game a try as well, but I am not good at the horizontally scrolling levels. The corridors are too narrow and enemies constantly sneak up from behind and fly into you. Therefore I currently only made it to level 4. The vertically scrolling levels however are really cool so far and I am enjoying this.
