Interested in the rules for Ninja Gaiden 2. I always hated beat 'em ups, but once I learned how to play TMNT 2, it became much easier. I could get to Krang on a regular basis with no deaths and then I would lose two of my three on him alone.

Krang is one tough bastard, that's for sure. He actually seems easier in the arcade version.

The next time I see an arcade cabinet, I am playing it.

And then you'll want to own it. Easily one of my favorite arcade games! I don't know how much money I dumped into the one at this Mazzio's I used to go to.

Growing up I played this at mazzios! There was one a bike ride away.. The goodol days

Mine was at a Mazzio's in Tyler. Around the early 2000s,it burned to the ground.

I've actually been to that one. We used to go to the zoo there quite often in the early to mid nineties when my little brother was young

Who knows, maybe we played that game together. I always played that game. It was right there when you first walked in the arcade. They had Double Dragon,Commando,Tekken,Street Fighter 1,Shinobi,Pit Fighter (lol),Mortal Kombat 2. They also had a playchoice 10. It's where I first played Pro Wrestling.

I forgot to put my score up. But I only made it to the second stage boss. So I wouldn't have made it anyway.

Tier 1 - Krang - 720

Uggh...just couldn't beat Krang. Should have practiced on him some more, I'm really bummed out. Unless guillavoie can't pass the game, it looks like I'm not making it to Round 2

I think since you didn't complete the game, you're out of the running anyway. Great score though!

Well 6 players in Tier 1 completed the game so far, so if the remaining scores to come aren't better than Krang, he will pass, Krunch has some hope left in him, maybe his prayers will be fulfilled...

Ohhh, I miscounted. Either way, that's one hell of a score. You guys sure know how to use those objects to lower your count, that's for sure.

Indeed, Krunch's run is notable. He had the potential to squeeze a 722 score by not killing a single Schredder's clone.

Man,that would be amazing.

That would be totally epic!  If I could feasibly pull that off, I would toally do it.  Would be fun to hang with you guys and have one big kick ass get-together

BYON, bring your own Nintendo.  Bimmy said he'll provide the space and the beer.

On a more serious note, I've played EarthBound today for so long, I feel all tense and mentally worn out.
Then you called your mother and felt better?

You should also provide the airplane tickets for the contestants who live overseas!

Impressive scores everyone.

I wish I had more time to work on my score this past weekend, but when I saw how well everyone else was doing I knew I didn't have much hope.

Congrats to everyone who made it to round 2.

I will be stepping up my game when the second season starts.

Space, I can provide.  I can also provide....some beer lol.  As for plane tickets for international competitors, I would probably have to win the lottery first
