Fun game! Except the fact that dying is sometimes a thing totally out of your control. Let's hope for some sky high scores!

Guh, not a huge fan of pinball video games. Outside of the Crush series on PCE, I always think that the physics are just off. Either that or I just suck at pinball.

I guess we'll see how well my pinball skills adapt to an unfamiliar table and physics engine.

Anyone with experience want to say where this one stands between Pinball and High Speed in terms of NES pinball games?

*updated score*

Nathan, this is my first experience on an NES pinball game.
The physics are a tad bit "floaty" but not too bad.
Still trying to figure out the table too.

Music in this game is great.

I really enjoy this pinball game, I think the last time I played it for one of the contests I ended up destroying the WR for it but it was an extremely long run when I did it.

As long as you can stay on the upper half you should be good, once you fall to the lowest level I almost find it impossible to get yourself back up

Congrats to all who made it to the next round. I'm probably going to still play along even though it doesn't matter.

That is sort of the objective with pinball

Stay away from the bottom and you can't die!

Haha very true, but this one will completely screw you once you are at the bottom.

I feel like with other ones it will suck when you get to the bottom level but they at least give you some kind of shot of getting out of there

There were some really high scores that week. I had 1.3 million and that was only good enough for 10th place. Hopefully I can step it up this time.

Yeah I actually just played this for the "beat every nes game" thread but only needed to get 1 million points before it was considered beat so I just stopped playing once I got that score.

Kind of wished I just kept playing it now haha

Can't wait to play tonight!!! I really love High Speed, which was the only pinball nes game I owned as a kid. I hope this game is just as good.

It is much floatier than High Speed.

Feels like a super-deluxe-layout version of "Pinball", IMO.

Very basic physics, with a number of irritating highly consistent drain locations.

Absolutely. I try to get 3 cherries on the slot machine so at least I have some protection. Hate that bottom right side on the lowest playfield.

I've been calling the lowest play field "The Toilet."

My oldest son stayed home sick today... He asked me why I kept yelling "Fuck You Toilet!" A little while ago.

Did you tell him because you are trying to get sky high?
