Got some goodies in the mail. All came from Gloves. Shoutout to him for being so damn awesome! First off, I bought a few things from him that I needed, I also ended up snagging one of his amazing mystery boxes. Here's what showed up.

Awesome haul and I can't thank Gloves enough for being so damn helpful through this entire process! Needless to say, next time he has a mystery box auction, go get one!

Nice little find last night at Savers.  Funny, they are savvy enough to put the cartridge based games in the display case with Ebay prices but for some reason still put all the disc based games on the DVD shelf for $2.99. 

Nice pickup! I notice that as well! The local Goodwills around me, take the carts and put them in the display case, but everything disc based is just thrown with the CD's and DVD's. Very weird. But it works in our favor!
 

Yeah, wondering for how much longer that will last.  Hopefully for a while.

When I brought the game up to the register to pay the cashier did have a bit of a surprised look on his face, which is not a good sign.

 

Eeek! Hopefully they don't pay much attention to it, fingers crossed! I can find a ripped common genesis cart for $10 in the display and walk around the corner and pick up a PS1 worth 3x as much and they wouldn't bat an eye. There are a couple of Goodwills around my area that are slacking, but I think with time, they will catch on and our secret disc stash may be over   

 

My guess is they will eventually catch on to the fact games are more valuable and sought after than the CDs and DVD movies.  But there does seem to be something about my local store in that they for some reason undervalue disc based games.  It might just be lack of knowledge still, and the fact the cases are the same shape as DVD and CD cases so they just all get lumped together.

These came in today   Super excited about it!

While out yard saling this weekend, I picked up a nice box of toys for $10. I was able to keep the stuff that I wanted, and traded the remaining to my favorite store for credit. I got in return nes a nightmare on elm Street and defender II,,gba crash and Spyro super pack,banjo kazooie,tekken advance, and some old magazines.
