a year ago i found a old computer disk at my cousins house it was Oregon trail. i hadn't played since grade school, but loved it then.. so i had some time on my hands and started playing it wasn't long before i was hooked and played solid for a week and ended up mastering it and got an insanely high score and made it through with like nothing bad even happening to my party. GREAT GAME i cant wait to get it on the nes..

so put me down on the list. lol

Do you already have someone doing the music or can anyone submit music for it? Of course I am referring to NA Battle Ball, not Oregon Trail.

The Music is done. It was pre-exsisting. The problem has been converting it over to the sound engine that battleball is using. I'm still new at this and the musician isn't a programmer lol.

Nice! I would enjoy seeing this ported over to the NES.

You may want to check out the graphics from the C64 version as well, as they would be closer to the NES' abilities than the Apple ][ and are (for the most part) superior, due tot he C64's custom video chip that the Apple ][ lacks.

Don't forget to caulk your wagon before you ford any rivers.

well, I've done some screens that have come out looking pretty close to the apple2e version. The game play ones aref ine, the only ones that are tough are the more realistic cutscene screens. Haven't been able to do a whole lot on this lately as my kid is a bit older and demands more attention lol. I do a little here and there though when I get a good block of time.

Well, I think it is safe to say that you will have quit a few fans of this game.
The key is to take your time and do it right. You will reap the benefits in the end. Satisfaction of the game being great and maybe a few $$ in your pocket for your troubles.
