A friend of mine has been doing some pretty awesome retro themed artwork for the past few years both with pen/paper as well as on a tablet. I have commissioned 4 pieces from him and all turned out better than expected. (I mean, who else is going to draw The Ghostbusters and Weird Al playing NES?).

Anyway, with the holidays right around the corner I wanted to share his facebook page where he takes commission requests. His prices are very reasonable and has a pretty quick turn around. I've attached a couple of examples, many more on his facebook page.

He also is a comic artist and has released 3 issues of his series "Price: Private Investigator" which has a 40's detective meets sci-fi film-noir feel.

* CL - this is my band that I got all the guys for Christmas last year. It was done with colored pencil
