I was searching thru ebay and seen some custom nintendo's from customnesguy. After looking over his item description, I seen where he designed a nintendo with the NA logo on it and decided to check it out.

I've heard about it on Palrocks.nl, a Dutch forum for NES collector's but I also knew it existed because of AtariAge.

Skulldeath......when he emailed me about a game I inquired about from a seller on ebay. That seller posted my message, which had my email in it and Skulldeath contacted me to tell me the game was bogus. Then told me about this forum.

I did a google search looking for NES collectors. Just wanted to find a place where people posted what they had in their collection, what they found and meet people for trading.

I saw an auction for a "CIB" Recca Summer Carnival '92 and decided to do some research on how much the game would be worth despite being a ROM cart. I traced the boxed set to Battlesmurf's site and realized that someone else had acquired a copy and was trying to make a profit on another person's work. So I ignored the auction and requested a copy from the creator, as it should be done. I mentioned that I am a collector and Battlesmurf referred me to this site and forum to help build my collection.

And that's all there is to that story.

I found a thread about AGExpo 2008 on DigitPress and since it was right in my backyard I went, making an NA account about a month before to acclimate myself.

We are soldiers without borders, our purpose defined by the Era we live in; we will sometimes have to sell ourselves and services. If the times demand it, we'll be revolutionaries, criminals, terrorists.
And yes, we may all be headed straight to Hell, but what better place for us than this? It is our only home.
Our Heaven, and our Hell.
This, is Outer Heaven.

My boy Chris, who's on this site but I don't know his name cause I literally just got here, told me about it.

The two of us both had our own collections, and both started doing major buying/selling off of craigslist to improve our collections. He let me know about this site more so to sell my extras but I'm a bit of an addict for collecting than most, and I'm sure I'll use this site for nothing more than encouragement to spend ridiculous amounts on games

A user on Digitpress.com mentioned that he used your price guide to price my games. The prices seemed fairly accurate, so I was intrigued to visit this site!

I searched Google for an NES forum and found NES World. After browsing that for a bit, there was a topic about why there wasn't much traffic anymore. They mentioned a lot of people came here, so here I am
