Sorry... just to be clear.
NO, I didn't mean the regular NES clamshell cases with the red Nintendo logo on the front. I've got a ton of those.
But there are clear cases like you've mentioned, with the black writing. There's also some with "SUPER NINTENDO" on them as well, I have one SNES one I believe.
Ah ok. The red Nintendo logo ones came in a few colors: Clear, Blue, Green, Yellow, Pink and Black. I will take a pic of them later. They all vary in the Nintendo logo color.
The super neon ones have 4 colors from what I have seen from that ebay listing I posted: Blue, Green, Yellow and Pink. These, from what I have seen all have a thicker black Nintendo logo color. These are the ones I am curious about since I had never seen them before. Would you mind taking a pic of the clear one with the black Nintendo logo?
There's a few additional colours. Orange, I know of. And yeah, the logo is thicker and black. Also, I think there are variations in some of the shades.
The majority of my stuff is in boxes right now and I just took a quick look and couldn't find the clear style with BLACK logo.... Hmmmm, I could very well be mistaken but I'm pretty sure that I have one with a black logo and SUPER NINTENDO on it.... I'm going to bookmark this thread and update it when I look through all the cases I have.
Here's a picture of some I have picked up more recently...
Ps. I get you now... Orange/Yellow... Same difference, haha. That one is pretty orange, though. I do think there is a neon yellow as well.
Also, I know the clear cases pictured don't have writing on them. I think I have one stashed away...
Also, looking at it more closely it looks like the green one is printed so that you could fit "SUPER NINTENDO" underneath it...

Do they hold both NES and SNES???
Yes... if you're cool with your SNES cart bouncing all over the place . Haha... It says "SUPER NINTENDO" on it but there's nothing different about the inside. No plastic holders, or anything as I suppose those would impede the NES game fitting in... And they didn't want to make it any wider.
