Just like the other console awards show, I believe each console is very different in their own respects. For instance, you can't hook your PSP 1000 up to a TV, but you can with newer models. For PS3, the original could play PS1, 2, and 3 games. The revised version could only play PS3 and PS1, and the ultra slim doesn't have a disc slot. 
 

Might as well add all six colors of the "Funtastic" N64 then. That's seven consoles if you include the original solid dark gray. There's also two Game Cube hardware revisions and three Wii hardware revisions not separately listed...

And I consider the DS Lite to be functionally identical to the DS Fat, but not DSi, so I'm not following the "DS Lite OR DSi OR DSi xL." It should read "DS Fat OR DS Lite" AND "DSi OR DSi xL." Still love my Phat and never owned the Lite model. And I do have the original GBA and SP. But for consoles, I typically only keep one working unit of each console generation per company. One NES, one SNES, one DMG Game Boy, etc. And here I thought I had every Nintendo console except the Virtual Boy...

The Funtastic set is functionally identical to the base unit though. And it already has its own reward...

But don't worry. The Sega side is missing extra variants as well. TMSS model 1 is not functionally identical to any other model, but there's no differentiation between TMSS and non-TMSS for the award. "Under the hood" there are multiple hardware revisions for each model that affect graphics and sound (See: http://www.sega-16.com/forum/show.... Multiple releases of the Game Gear. Model 2 Sega CD and model 2 Saturn are missing (SCD2 only missing on NA. It's correct on SA). mil-CD dreamcast is definitely not functionally identical to the non mil-cd version. I think it was important to draw a line in the sand so it's not completely overboard where you've got to take the thing apart to see how it's different or have every color variant ever made.
 

I really think Animal Crossing should be considered for a series award. It's got 6 games at the moment:
- Animal Crossing
- Animal Crossing: Wild World
- Animal Crossing: City Folk
- Animal Crossing: New Leaf
- Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer
- Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival

I would understand not having an award because there aren't enough games yet, but F-Zero only has 5 and Star Fox has 5, soon 6, and I'd say AC is as prominent or more prominent than either of those franchises nowadays. That's just my 2 cents though. :-P

There should be an award for having a sealed case with six copies of Stadium Events inside.

My suggestions of award winning award ideas.
1. Complete Amiibo Set (possibly different series for Smash, Animal Crossing, Kirby, and misc.).
2. Complete Animal Crossing Amiibo Cards Set. (Since there is already an E-Reader one I think this should exist).
3. Video game T-Shirt Award (Own 25 video game related shirts).
4. Art collector (Own 25+ video game related posters or 5+ video game related paintings)
​5. Complete Smash Bros Games Set (Smash 64, Melee, Brawl, Wii U, 3DS).
That's all I got unless we get that "Conker" emblem comicbookguy wants...

I'd say I have easily added 2500+ imagse to the Database in the last few months, along with going through all the PS4 titles & even helping out SegaAge with 50+ titles.

I feel these titles should not be mandatory, as none of them feature anything new. Death By Degrees is a spin-off, Tekken: Advance is not really part of the sereis - it just takes assets from T3. Tekken 3D is jsut another version of Tekken 6 - It could be included as part of the 6 series if you wish. The other two titles are download only and should not be mandatory for the award.

I'd really like to push this forward asap, we're also talking about other awards we want included from PlayStation Age - Though it is causing quite a debate, so I will only be back when we have clarified what we want specifically.

Doesn't have many games in the series but I don't see an award for it:

Battletoads in Ragnarok's World - GB (This is really just a watered down port of the first game but just missing levels)
Battletoads in Battlemaniacs - SNES
Battletoads & Double Dragon - NES/SNES

I don't know if this is feasible, since there are only 2 official games in the series, but magus90's recent thread and my own collection make me want a Chrono series award.

Chrono Cross - PS1

Again, I don't know if this is possible, but it's something I would love, since I love that game so much.
