Hey, just wanted to thank those who frequent my thread and check up on my finds. I don't have many friends who are into this stuff like me so it's nice to share with people who will appriciate it!
I have been able to grow a collection of over 1k games and myltiple other stuff in less than a year and NA has been my primary "hang out" all that time.
I am almost at 2k views for this thread and my first one was around 600 when I closed it.
SO THANKS!!!
(9/17/13)

Goodwill and Salvation Army. All were $3 each.
(Picked the GTA up today and threw it in because it was in my bag with the rest...DON'T ACCEPT PLASTIC BAGS AT THE STORE, BRING YOUR OWN BAG!!!)

(9/13-16/13)
These are finds from this weekend for me. There was a 272 mile yard sale in FL from coast to coast and I only went around my area. Not too amazing but nice none the less. Eded up spending almost $100 with gas.

(9/11/13)
SO last night I bought a bunch of games and got this awesome little SNES holder (No games worth noting)
My reseller friend also gave me the 64 storage case and the NFR inserts for free when I was selling him some spares!!!SCORE(My first NFR stuff, The WW was mine I was selling him and he stopped and asked why I didin't want it, I DIDNT EVEN NOTCE(My stupidity lol) but he let me keep it and gave me the SSBM as well since he knows I am a collector and he would rather I have it then sell it to someone who doesnt care A TRUE GOOD GUY RESELLER!!!)!
I really love Storage based stuff and have a nice bit in my collection atm.

(9/9/13)
CL deal Paid $120.

So I went thrifting before class today and did'nt find anything at Goodwill so stopped by a local run GW type store...NOTE: This store chain has always had a huge problem KNOWN about it's employees stealing good stuff from the sorting floor, and in 7 month collecting I have NEVER seen anything at this store other than a yoshies cookie NES and a singe sports N64 game...This si why as I was walking by the books and the Zelda OOT guide caught my eye I was shocked to find a stack of them there. I even asked and talked to the woman at the front asking about games but they said they of course didnt have any : /
Paid $12 for them all. I already had the WindWalker one but know a friend who wants one. The last 30 days has been a good guide tiime for me.

(8/31/13)
I did not find anything all morning until the last sale I went to. Asked the person what for everyhting and got it all for $55. 203 games alltogether, like 50 sports.

(8/28/13)
Tonight me and my friend went to a guys house who is selling a bunch of games and stuff for a new car. My friend had done bussiness with him before and the guy is mainly a garage saler and thrift store picker like myself.
My friend ended up buying ALL of his games including Lost Vikings 2 for $5 and a lot of N64, SNES, and 360 stuff.
I ended up paying a total of $180 for everything shown, all the XBOX stuff was from a guy I met beforehand for $30. I paid $50 for all the strategy guides and $100 altogether for everything else. Maijor milestone for my collection with all the guides since I had very very few, I needed the empty Conkers box, and I have been looking for a CE MM for a while (and a boxed one is a +) and I love the CIB MINT GameBoy Original. I have been looking for boxed stuff and a 64 box and multitap for a while as well and was missing a yellow controller.
I did'nt want to take a whole lot of poics of the guides so I took a pic of some real good ones and a spine shot of the rest.
IF YOU WANT ME TO POST SOME BETTER GUIDE PICS JUST COMMENT AND LET ME KNOW AND I WILL!
Thanks for reading!

SO I was going to my friends house and decided to stop by Goodwill since I had not been in 2 days...SO GLAD I DID!!!The woman said she had just put this out 15 min before, and one of the guys who works there walked up while I was buying and was like "Did you get all of it, shit" he actually wanted like the DK2 and FFII and I was gona give them to him for the $2 I paid but the woman behind the counter was like "That's not allowed here, it's against the RULEZ!!!"
Still a good haul though.
The GW in my town is the one GW around here that is not terrible with prices and stock. Alot of the others Ebay the stuff they get and price BIN prices if it even makes it out :/
So I like my GW because while I only find stuff once a month(I go almost every day or 2) or so it is almost always a good find.
Everything pictured was $80. $2 for carts, $4 for disc stuff.
Alot of this was better quality than mine so I swapped but the rest is for sale/trade to a reseller friend of mine (Except the disc stuff Got my rarest PS2 game so far today)...
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ANYTHING YOU HAVE UNTIL TOM AFTERNOON TO MAKE ME A TRADE OFFER!!! I am looking for SNES games.
This is now my best Goodwill find ever followed by my SoM find.

(8/24/13)
After work I grabbed these NES games, $10 for all Needed the BT and Grey Z2, the GG was better than mine too.

Paid $80 for everything over the course of the day.
edit: Just went through all the games and like 8 don't have games and 2 no manuals. None of the major ones, and mainly the sports actually, so not bad at all.
The carts and CBSP (Has mario world in it, got it for $20 at a goodwill, another goodwill has 2 scratched ones for $30 in a case but no charger so meh have the colors anyways, needed a grey one AND IT'S A BRIGHT SCREEN!!!!.) are clean too.

(8/22/13)
Went thrift storing today.
SSBM I got for $10 from a guy off CL
Street Fighter Stick was $30 at Goodwill, I've had my eye on it for a month and it went from $80 to $40, to $30 and I got it today for $30.
Everything else was $3.

(8/20/13)
My reseller friend went down south to vist some friends and family and picked up a few things for me. I'm trading him a 64 with 2 controllers no expansion for the two. I needed the box and inserts for my manual and game for LV2 lol.
NandS is also pretty fun, been playing it a bit.

(8/12/13)
Got my first Master System stuff from a woman I met at a yard sale recently. She wanted $20 but I gave her $30.
Only like 3 have manuals, none of the great ones sadly. R Type hasd a manual though.

(8/8/13)
Just because it's your BDay doesnt mean you can slack on game hunting.
Hit up a CL post for a moving sale and snaged the 64 for $40. Woman mentioned she had a SNES so I asked her if I could buy it as well. Paid $40 and $5 for a silver gameboy pocket with a mario game.
The MK and MGSolid and 1 KI were from a Goodwill, only carts I've ever seen at that particular store. $3 each
Pretty good BDay presents for me.

(8/7/13)
I had to go get an eye exam the town over today and stoped by the Salvation Army there to look for games. I have only ever found disk stuff before, but the had a bag of GameCube contollers out, so i asked the guy in back if they had any stuff in the back untested. He came out with this box of 64 stuff and marked it at $15 for me, GC stuff was $7.
ONLY THE ORAGNGE AND CLEAR GREY US 64S LEFT!!!Then I have to find boxes :'[

(8/2-3/13)
This weekend was the annual (Thrid year this year) 30 mile yard sale on HWY 83 from FL to AL.
Ended up going both days, driving over 200 miles there, back, and around and spending exactly 100 on everything pictured. Picture with systems is stuff for local trade that i already have and the other is stuff I don't have and am keeping.

(7/31/13)
Gotthis all for $80 tonight. Guy held it for me until after work so cudos to him!

(7/27/13)
Traded $300+ worth of spare SNES games, a bunch of spare cables and controllers, as well as a gamecube with hookups for all this to the same reseller as before.
Some games included that i traded were SNES:Castlevania IV, Turtles in Time, Mario Kartx2, All Stars, DK Country 1 X3, DK Country 2, Mega Man X.

(7/25/13)
Some people in the town over were having a yard sale and had it posted on CL with Video Games in the listing so i sent them an email and the woman said she would text me some pics the next day.
So today she sent me the pics, I got in my car and went to get them before all the pics had come through after she accepted my first offer, maybe should have gone less then but I'm fine with what I paid.

(7/22/13)
So on top of my trade today a guy has been posting a lot of FF4,7-9and CT CIB on craigslist for a while so I finally hit him up via email when I got home tonight and he messaged me back almost right away. Haggled a little and met up at his house(It's 1am btw lol). No manuals, cases ok, l but disks are perfect which is good. Before I made an adjustment on price due to CIB I asked if he had any more games for sale... He then pulled out these SNES games, I needed almost all of them and the genie So I asked how much he wanted for it all...He gave me the famous, "I don't know what's it's worth...How about $20?". Me "More than ok".
Ended up paying him $60 for it all, I just passed these up at the local sale I traded at for almost retail so I'm surprised and glad I could get them same day.

Same Day
I want to point out that me and this reseller could not come to an agreement the first time we met but I was happy to make this trade overall and hope to deal with him in trades again.
So I met up with this local reseller selling out of a storage unit and ended up trading him same value for a box of game. I traded him a CBFD 64 cart, Mario KART SNES, All Stars, 2 Gameboy sps, and my light up nintendo display sign for this lot of games.
It's gona sound funny, but he threw in ENclave for free and I threw it in and have been playing it since I got home. I loved this game as a kid haha.
WHAT I GOT

WHAT I TRADED FOR IT

(7/19/13)
Went to Athens GA to visit family and hit up J&J Flea Market (Shoutout).
Paid $100 altogether over the day.

(7/17/13)
Nintendo Lot
I stopped by a roadside sale at a local roadside sale spot today and was talking to the guy running it and asked about games, he said his brother-in-Law had alot and called him to let me talk to him.
We exchanged numbers and he dug out a bunch of stuff and I checked it out.
He also had a huge box of Atari games and a system, some NES stuff I passed on, as well as a huge box of snes he is looking for (He said he would call me when he found it and my mouth is WATERING FOR THAT CALL).
Ended up pulling all this stuff out and made him an offer he accepted.
I was really happy to get the manuals and boxes nes games because paper goods are near impossible to find here and I needed about half the stuff.
(Lesson ALWAYS ASK PEOPLE!!!)
Everything I don't need will be in my FS/FT thread. I NEED MONEY FOR A COLLECTORS LIQUIDATION ON FRIDAY SO IF YOU WANT ANYTHING IN MY FT/FO MAKE ME A REASONABLE OFFER!!!
(Check out the bottom right snes game )
I was just going through the manuals I got and I also have the manual for Lost Vikings 2. That's awesome lol.

GOODWILL FINDS!
I had to ship some stuff out today and stoped by Dollar General to get some packing tape and decided to stop into GoodWill since it had been like 3-4 weeks since I had a chance to stop in and it is right next door. Luccky me, the lady said that she put everything out yesterday and this is what was left for me!
I have SMW2 but needed everything else. I also passed up an illusion of Gaia, SMW, FZERO, and 2 sports games because I have them.

07/10/13

Got all for $50 just based off games, I did need a black controller though.

(7/9/13)
I am pretty friendly with a woman who runs a thrift shop the town over and yesterday she called and told me she had some game stuff I could make an offer on and get first pick before it hit the floor.
Passed up a NES and accessories and told then a good price to sell it at.
PAid $30 for everything, all works.

(7/6/13)
Friend hit me up and his friend had this for sale for $20.

Viper0hrs Garage Sale Finds 6/22/13
So I don't know if season just now started in NWFL but I have not found ANYTHING at Yard/Garage sales up until today this year. I mean I've found a few Games and some ps2s and stuff I passed on lately but today was a great day for finds.
N64 and Controller: $15
All the Games Shown: $1 each (Only a few have manuals (INCLUDING THE ZELDA!!!) and alot of them have at least some surface scrathces but nothing major bad (ZELDA is perfect lol!!!)
The two GameCube Memory cards were $.50 each as were the Gold Plated Pokemon Card/Things
Pretty good finda though, I started on my side of towen and bought half the games from a guy nearby then went and only found the N64 after looking at a bunch of sales, so I came back and got the rest of the games and memory cards.
