Absolutely! We have Youth Large (I have them listed as XS), which my daughter has used for pajamas since she was about 3 (she's 6 now and it still fits fine).

I have three, and I do not find them to run small, but they may be a hair big. So I would suggest that you just order whatever size your normally would for a t-shirt. I have noticed any of them shrinking or anything, either, in case that is a concern as well.
