I got this in the mail today with the worst packing job Ive ever seen.  Atleast I only paid $2+ shipping.

That box looks kinda squashed. I assume that's from the horrible packaging, yes? >.<

I had one boxed game shipped to me from the states that came in just a brown paper envelope no bubble wrap. compared to that you had it lucky. :S Some ebay sellers really don't give a damn about how your stuff gets to you as long as they get there money.

Ya, I just mailed out 5 games in their boxes this week. I bubble wrapped each of em separately within the same box to be sure they look exactly the same when they get there as they looked when I packed them.

Be careful, sometimes sellers will package things intentionally poorly when they're in fact already very damaged but hidden in the eBay pic (sometimes with a camera angle, or stock photo). Then try to pass it off as "Sorry, you shoulda bought insurance" or whatever.

In my listings I always put something like "Will ship in a box" or "Secure shipping to preserve condition"

Look for that in listings you consider. Sometimes it's worth the extra couple bucks to make sure it gets to you nice

I too had this happen, and it was a CIB Baby Boomer. Was Near Mint in all 3 pics, got it, and the corner was so sqashed in that it was very poor

And Dan,

I also think sellers do crappy packaging when a game sells for less than $10. Ive seen that a lot. Its as if they dont really care since its not of great value
